Each municipality in the Greater Toronto Area has it's own set of rules. Each building also has it's own set of rules. To check, you can visit your local municipality website. Many cities in Ontario do require registration for short term rental, however many do NOT have any rules around mid term rentals

We will provide a list of suggested furniture and items you will need to create a good guest experience. We can also connect you with a service that does it for you, however we recommend doing it yourself to save costs

No. Our service agreement allows you to cancel with just 30-day notice. no long term contracts

We have a stringent guest screening process that includes: identifying guests, analyzing past history, and asking leading questions to get more information. If something does get damaged our team will support in getting compensation from the guest or insurance

No. We only get paid on commission. We make money when you make money

Payments are made directly into your bank account monthly. You will have full transparency and access to see your profit breakdown

You own the listing. If for some reason you decide to part ways, the listing is yours. We do not gatekeep anything
